Please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of any items you purchased from our web store. Therefore, please DOUBLE CHECK your selected items before placing your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Receive an Email
We will send you an email regarding to the total cost of your selected items including the shipping fee with a bill of PayPal.（Total amount excluding Japanese consumption tax (8%)）
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 50,000 YEN.
Shipping on orders for less than 50,000 YEN will cost Please check the lower table or the Japanese post office officail home page
*Please notice that there are certain items that cannot be sent oversea (according to Washington Convention)
3. Payment by PayPal
We only accept payment through PayPal.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Payment may ONLY be made in Yen.
Exchange currency is shown for easy understanding to our customers from abroad.
After we receive your order, we will send you PayPal page.
Please click the link in the email and complete your payment.
Before making payment please DOUBLE CHECK all the information such as “Email” “Shipping address” “URL” “Quantity of items” “Mobile number” and etc.
Please be aware that certain items may be subject to additional custom duty fee. After we have received your payment, we will send the package within 1-2 business days.
We will ship items after confirming your payment.

SIZE
The sizes listed in the items descriptions are the one which we measure on the actual product.
Please note that around ±1cm difference between the displayed size and the actual product may be possible.
All measurements are made on a flat surface with the garment laid out flat.
Please use the measurements for reference.
Pattern work for certain pieces can alter the fit, so if you are uncertain, please contact us.
COLOR
Colors may look different from the actual product due to the screen settings or the models of your computer monitors.
FABRICS, MATERIALS, PATTERNS
We will be working to post clear product images and close-ups of the fabric.
Please feel free to inquire for additional images.
OTHERS
The products may be used for products photographing.
We always strive to prevent damage to the product by having models wear innerwear.
PRICE
The product price does not include the postage of the EMS, a payment fee, a duty and a tax.

RETURN, EXCHANGE
Please contact us within three days after delivery when a product is damaged and arrives!
We refund a total amount of money including the postage or we exchange it for another product.
And cannot return and exchange the product for any other reasons.
CANCEL
If an order product has not been yet shipped from our shop, We can cancel it.
In that case, please inform it of cancellation hope by an email.
